We do not accept returns on custom embroidered merchandise, unless there is a defect with the merchandise. If there is an issue with the item you received, please call or email Stephanie Taylor at Hello Promo within 5 days of receipt and we’ll work out a solution.

Shipping


We offer free shipping through UPS. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes; please contact Hello Promo to work out any special delivery requirements.

Most orders are shipped within 15-20 business days after we receive your order. Please allow extra time during holiday periods.
